I've been writing a new vampire story the past week. It's at 6200 words, but the last thousand will be scratched. I've hit a brick wall somewhat at the moment, though I haven't entirely sidelined it, instead I'm hoping to smash my head into that wall till my skull cracks and the wall gives. How that'll impact future writing or my current psyche, I don't know.
